MEP Desk works in any modern browser. For the best experience, we recommend Chrome, Brave, or Edge on a desktop or laptop. The app uses your browser's local storage to keep your data on your device by default. Professional users can enable encrypted cloud backup for additional protection.
Any device with a modern browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Edge 90+, Safari 15+). At least 100 MB of available browser storage. Screen width of 1024px or wider recommended for the full workspace.
Local-first by design
MEP Desk is local-first. Your projects, calculations, room data, and notes are stored in your browser's local storage by default. Free users store everything locally. Professional users get automatic encrypted cloud backup for peace of mind — but your device is always the source of truth. You can export your data at any time as CSV or ZIP files.
